Dale Novak buys a used CAT 320 at auction and starts digging foundations for local builders out of his driveway.

Two operators and a dump truck. Cascade Ridge takes on its first full subdivision sitework package.

Bonding capacity secured. First county culvert project completed ahead of schedule.
